　　Notice about Hosting the 2018 Orientation Ceremony

　　全体留学生新生Dear newcomers,

　　我校定于9月5日（星期三）上午9：00在南校区体育馆举行2018级研究生开学典礼，现就有关事项通知如下：

　　集合要求gathering requirements：

　　1. 时间time：9月5日（星期三）上午8：00 the newcomers should gather at 8:00a.m. in the morning on 5^th Sept..

　　2. 地点spot：国际学院大门口 in front of our dorm.

　　会场要求requirements for attendance：

　　1. 要求全体新生着正装，不可以穿拖鞋和传统服饰all the newcomers should wear formal clothes, the slippers and traditional clothes are not allowed for the Orientation Ceremony.

　　2. 会场不得大声喧哗，请把手机设置静音all are required to be silent during the orientation ceremony and to mute your phone.

　　请老生转告新生，新生互相转告，不要迟到the seniors pls inform the newcomers of this notice because most of them have not joined in our qq group and wechat group. Pls tell them to gather and attend on time.
