It is the Qing Ming Festival on April 4^th; you are to have 3 days off for Celebration beginning April 2^nd -4^th .please pay attentions to these relevant regulations.

1. Academic Affairs

1) March 31（Saturday）and April 1 (Sunday) would be a normal working day

2) To undergraduates, Schedule class on April 2 and April 3 will be pressed on the March 31 and April 1.

3) Graduate students have their classes according to the normal schedule.

2. Students’ affairs

1) Ask for a leave and report your contact way to teacher Shao before leaving Yang Ling,

2) be aware of your personal security and traffic regulations when traveling, don’t hang out at night especial for single female student.
