Dear all:

In order to enforce the leave system strictly, it was decided to get signature once a month.

1. TIME

Duration: 1st to 9th for every month

Work time: 8:00-12:00am; 14:00—18:00pm

2. PLACE

International Students’ affairs office

3. REQUIREMENTS

(1) The Chinese government scholarship (CSC student) students have to sign for scholarship every month; otherwise that months’ scholarship will be detained;

(2) Self-paying students (not CSC student) and those CSC students who live alone beyond the accommodation regulation should sign to confirm the room rent.

(3) Anyone who is not at School should get the leave note approved by International College;

(4) Please come to sign during above mentioned time every month.
