In SCI papers publication number from 2016 to 2019, A&F grape and wine research team ranked No. 4 among all global research institutions, No. 3among HEIs in the whole world, No.1 of Chinese institutions, displaying its world-class level in grape and wine orientation.

From 2016 to 2019, A&F teamof fruit and vegetable food manufacturing and quality and safety control topped all global equivalents in the number of SCI papers published, especially the world-leading numbers of SCI papers on food processing and rf processing, detection and control of patulin, Alicyclobacillus and hypertonic yeastin fruits and vegetables. Orientation of fruit and vegetable food manufacturing and quality control leads domestic research in this field and supportsA&FAgricultural Science to top 0.5 ‰ in ESI worldwide.

Disciplines of pharmacology and toxicology in orientation of nutritionalhealth factors and functional foods published62 SCI papers from 2016 to 2019, totaling 634 citations and 9.76 citations per paper on average, ranking819among853 top 1% institutions in this discipline and supporting A&F pharmacology and toxicology to top 1% in ESI worldwide the first time. Chemistry science ranked 876 globally, an increase of 55 than the previous ranking; In ESI China, Chemistry ranked 99th and the pharmacology 40 plus nationwide.
