关于2013届毕业外国留学生参加毕业典礼暨学位授予仪式的通知

　　 　　

各位毕业外国留学生：

我校2013届毕业研究生毕业典礼暨学位授予仪式定于6月25日（星期二）上午在南校区体育馆举行。

各位毕业生务必于6月25日上午7:50在21号留学生公寓门前集合，集体整队出发。

各位毕业生须按照《学位服着装规范》穿着学位服（学位服下必须穿白色或浅色有领衬衣，系领带，男士下身着深色长裤，女士着深色长裤或深色、素色裙子，深色（皮）鞋，毕业生未拨穗前，学位帽上的流苏放置在右侧）参加毕业典礼。

请各位毕业生务必准时参加，欢迎各位家属参加。请大家相互转告，按时参加！

The Notice of the Graduation Ceremony of the 2013 Graduates

 

Dear all graduates,

The Graduation Ceremony of the 2013 Graduates will be held on June, 25 (Tuesday) at the gymnasium, south-campus.

The graduates should assemble at 7:50am in front of the 21st student apartment and departure on time.

The graduates should participate the ceremony on time and wear academic dress in accordance with The graduates' academic dress code. Wear white or light-colored collared shirt and tie under the academic dress. Men should wear dark trousers, and the ladies please wear dark trousers or blonde skirts, with a pair of dark shoes. The tassel should be placed on the right side of the academic cap before the graduation ceremony.

Please be sure to participate on time, and the family members are welcomed to join in. Please inform each other and attend on time.
