关于开展2013年中国政府奖学金评审工作的通知

　　 　　

NOTICE REGARDING ANNUAL REVIEW OF CHINESE GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP

全体外国留学生/DEAR ALL：

根据《关于做好2013-2014学年中国政府奖学金来华留学生招生和管理工作的通知》文件精神，现将我校2013年中国政府奖学金年度评审工作通知如下：In accordance with the relevant requirements from China Scholarship Council, to reinforce the management of Chinese Government Scholarship, the following measures are formulated specifically to carry out Review of the Chinese Government Scholarship Status in Northwest A&F University.

一、评审对象/Participants

全体在册中国政府奖学金生，本学期将毕业和处于休学状态的奖学金生均免于评审。All current international students include students of 2012 and Students who had got an extending period, studying in NWSUAF under Chinese Government Scholarship Programmes must go through the review，students who will graduate in this semester and students under suspension are exempted.

二、评审内容/Review Details

1.评审内容。中国政府奖学金年度评审是对享受中国政府奖学金在华外国留学生以学年为时间限度的综合评审，评审内容包括学习成绩、课堂出勤率和表现、日常表现和奖惩情况等。The Annual review of Chinese Government Scholarship is a comprehensive evaluation on CSC students; the details of Annual Review include Class attendance and performance, Daily conduct, relevant university activities and Score of courses.

2.评审分值。各部分考核内容所占分值比例为出勤率和课堂表现10%，日常表现20%，参与学校相关活动10%，考试成绩60%。Class attendance and performance occupies 10%, daily conduct 20%, taking part in the related university activities 10%, and scores of courses 60%.

三、评审要求/requirements

1.按时领表。请全体参评中国政府奖学金生5月1日前到国际学院领取有关表格材料，按照要求填写后，报国际学院办公室。All CSC students should get the "Chinese Government Scholarship Review Form” and other necessary documents from International office, submit them back after filling out correctly, before May 1.

2.认真填写。请清晰字迹填写个人基本信息并简要填写《中国政府奖学金年度评审表》中关于上一学年度的总结。Just need finish the column about personal informations and summary of study and conduct in the past year. Every CSC student must complete this job personally with clear handwriting.

3.全面总结。要求参评外国留学生单独打印提交个人总结并提交成绩单。总结内容包括学习成绩、学习态度、日常表现、实验进展、奖惩情况等，中文不少于1000字，英文不少于1200字。Print out your summary of study and conduct in the past year with more than 1000words or 1200 Chinese characters if it was written in Chinese, submit it to International office with your transcript.

4.及时报送。请全体参评外国留学生务必将参评材料5月6日前报送国际学院报；不要出现迟报、误报、漏报现象。Submit all documents to International office before May 6，otherwise take responsibility all by yourself.

四、注意事项/notes on disqualification

有下列情形之一者，本年度奖学金年度评审结果为未通过，将丧失继续获得中国政府奖学金的资格。International students will fail in the annual review if one of the following situations occurs, and they will be canceled or broken off the qualification for acquiring Chinese Government Scholarship.

1．本学年度出勤不足60%者Class attendance of the year is less than 60%.

2．本学年度日常表现分低于8分者The score of daily conduct of the year is below 8.

3．本学年度考试成绩分低于60分或单科低于50分者The average examination score of the year is under 60 or any one course score is under 50.

4．奖学金年度评审综合得分低于60分者Overall score of Annual Review is under 60.

5．严重违犯校规校纪者Serious violation of the University regulations and disciplines.
